How long is my warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore offer a guarantee on all our items.

  • Neon signs – 1 year warranty: Our neon signs are made with care and precision. Should a defect occur within one year of purchase due to a manufacturing error, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
  • Other products – 2 to 3 year warranty: Our other products have a warranty period of 2 to 3 years, depending on the specific product. This means that we will rectify any manufacturing defects free of charge within this period.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or external influences. If you experience a problem with one of our products, please contact us. We are happy to help you!

Can I return my product?

We strive for 100% satisfaction and offer the option to easily return products.

  • Products in stock – 14 days’ reflection period: All products in stock can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt . The product must be in its original condition and packaging. As soon as we have received the product, we will refund the purchase price.
  • Personalized Products – Non-Returnable: Since custom-made and personalized products are produced especially for you, it is unfortunately not possible to return them.

Will my order be delivered with installation materials?

Yes! All our products are delivered complete with the corresponding installation material , so that you can easily hang or install them. Depending on the product, you will receive, for example, suspension brackets, screws, chains or a mounting plate.
